Roles & Responsibilities

Report to Project Manager.
Assist Project Manager to ensure that site activities are executed in accordance with job specifications, within budget and time schedules.
Prepare material take offs, design calculation, project scheduling, equipment proposal, technical submissions and drawings.
Tracking and updating status of submitted documents.
Coordinate, monitor & execute site activities.
Prepare Progress Reports and Claims.
Prepare Method Statement, Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedure for various installation works.
Responsible for ISO documentation & records.
Procurement, receiving & checking of items/equipment/services.
Oversees equipment installation works, resolving problems and upholding safety management.
Strict compliance with company and authorities’ practices, policies, rules and regulations.
Liaise with clients/sub-contractors/project team, for their needs and requirements.
Attend all site / progress meeting
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Environmental/Equivalent
Singaporean/PR/EP/S-Pass
AutoCAD proficiency will be a plus point but not compulsory
5-day work week
